Physics 1251 Quiz 10/Final Exam Content Question

For quiz 10 and the final exam, what are the most important concepts to understand from the Maxwell Equations?  Looking at the 1 or 2 lectures that you focused on that topic, there is a lot of confusing equations and such, and there wasn't too much content about it in the homework, so I'm wondering how we would be tested on this topic.

Also, is the final cumulative?  If so, is it still more focused on material not covered on the first 2 midterms, or is everything basically equally covered?

Thank you

See http://tutor.leiacademy.org/qa/index.php/1120/quiz-10-slides

We will have a comprehensive review in the last two lectures to go over topics to be on the final.
